iShares MSCI USA Small Cap ESG Enhanced CTB UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00B3VWM098

The Directors of the Company wish to advise you of certain changes that will be made to the Fund's benchmark index, the MSCI USA Small Cap ESG Enhanced Focus CTB Index, (the "Index") and to the name of the Fund. The Index methodology will be updated to amend (1) certain optimisation constraints (including the removal of certain index level targets), and (2) the GHG intensity calculation methodology applied by the index provider to calculate the minimum 7% year-on-year annual decarbonisation trajectory target for the Index.

In addition to the Index methodology changes described above, the name of the Index will also be changed to the "New name of the Index", as set out in the table below.

The name of the Fund will be changed to the "New Name of the Fund" as set out in the table below,

The changes outlined above are expected to take effect on or around 25 November 2025 (the "November Effective Date").

In addition the Fund's Index will also be updated to adjust its screening and intra-balance issuer removal methodology. These changes are expected to take effect on or around 02 March 2026 (the "March Effective Date").

Further information on the changes outlined in this announcement can be found in the shareholder letter of the same date (which can be accessed by following the instructions below).

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on the November Effective Date and the March Effective Date (or, in each case, as soon as possible thereafter) to reflect the changes outlined in this announcement.
