Change of Financial Year End to 31 March

Schroder ETFs ICAV ("the "Company") wishes to advise that the Company has changed its financial year end from 30 September to 31 March.

The first two sub-funds of the Company were launched in September 2025. The Company believes that the change of financial year ends will result in a more efficient and cost effective statutory financial reporting and auditing process.

The Company confirms that its first annual accounts will be made up to 31 March 2026.

Thereafter annual accounts shall be made up to 31 March each year. Unaudited half-yearly accounts shall be made up to 30 September each year and the first set of unaudited half-yearly accounts will be made up to 30 September 2026.
