CHANGES TO THE PROSPECTUS

SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I plc

The following changes to the Prospectus will take effect from 19 February 2026 (the "Effective Date") or such later date as the Prospectus is noted by the Central Bank of Ireland.

1.   Changes to Fund Names

As part of a rebranding exercise carried out by the Investment Manager, the names of certain sub-funds will change.

2.    Prospectus Addendum

The contents of the Addendum to the Prospectus dated 10 October 2025 has been incorporated into the main Prospectus.

3.   Additional Risk Disclosures

The updated prospectus includes additional risk disclosures in respect of:

·      Risk of settlement time misalignment.

·      An update of the tax risk disclosure in respect of Indian and Brazilian Capital Gains Tax.

4.   ESG Investing

The ESG investing section of the prospectus has been updated to include a section describing ESG Integration in investment processes.

5.   Other updates

Further updates have been made to the following sections of the Prospectus:

·      Directory/Management.

·      Index Tracking Funds, to add synthetic replication language.

6.   Supplement Changes

New Currency Hedged Share Classes are being made available for the following funds:

The revised Prospectus will be available from the Effective Date, on www.ssga.com.
