Merger Clearance: Anticipated acquisition by CRH (UK) Limited of Gibson Bros Limited, Gibson Quarries (Banbridge) Limited, Gibson (Banbridge) Limited, T.H. Moore (Contracts) Limited, Gibson Bros (Ireland) Limited and M P Coleman Limited.

The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the above merger to a phase 2 investigation under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.
