iShares Euro STOXX 50 ESG UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE000LXEN6X4

The Directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change to the EURO STOXX 50 ESG Index (the "Index"), the benchmark index of the Fund, due to take effect on or around 16 April 2026 (the "Effective Date").

Background and Rationale

The ESG data sources in respect of the Index have changed from Sustainalytics to ISS and the sustainability metrics described in the Supplement of the Fund are being updated to reflect this change.

The change being made is not expected to have a material effect on the manner in which the Fund is managed.

Changes to the Fund's offering documents

It is anticipated that the Company's prospectus (the ''Prospectus'') for the Fund will be updated to reflect this change on or around the Effective Date, or as soon as possible thereafter, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Ireland.

The updated Prospectus will be available on www.ishares.com. It is not expected that there will be any change to the Synthetic Risk Reward Indicator or anticipated tracking error of the Fund.
