Re: Notification of Fixed Income Fee Reduction

The Directors of the Company wish to announce the below reduction in fees.

Fee Reduction

The ongoing charges figure ("OCF") in respect of the hedged share classes of the below mentioned sub-funds of the Company, as disclosed in the Prospectus, will be reduced with effect from 14 April 2026 (the "Effective Date"). The new OCFs will be as follows from the Effective Date:
