Revocation Order: Completed Acquisition by Société LDC SA of Green Label Holdings Limited

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the completed acquisition by Société LDC SA of Green Label Holdings Limited. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 26 January 2026 and is without prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the acquisition.

The text of the Revocation Order will be placed on the CMA's website at http://www.gov.uk/cma as soon as is reasonably practicable.
