The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change to the minimum rating threshold for the Fund's benchmark index, namely Markit iBoxx Euro Liquid High Yield Index (the "Index"). S&P Dow Jones Indices is removing the minimum CCC credit rating requirement for inclusion in the Index. The change is due to take effect on or around 1 May 2026 (the "Effective Date").  

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date. 

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
