CHANGES TO SUB-FUND SUPPLEMENTS

SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II plc

The following changes to sub-fund supplements will take effect from 13 May 2026 (the "Effective Date") or such later date as the supplements are noted by the Central Bank of Ireland.

1.   State Street Blackstone Euro AAA CLO UCITS ETF

·      New currency hedged Share Classes are being made available for the Fund as set out in the shareholder notice.

·      Other minor changes have also been included in the sub-fund supplement.

2.   State Street SPDR Russell 2000 U.S. Small Cap UCITS ETF

·      New currency hedged Share Classes are being made available for the Fund as set out in the shareholder notice.

·      Additional disclosures are included in the Investment Policy and Investment Risk sections of the sub-fund supplement 

·      Other minor changes have also been included in the sub-fund supplement.

Availability of Prospectus

The revised supplements will be available from the Effective Date, on www.ssga.com.
