RESULT OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the extraordinary
general meeting (the "EGM") of L&G MSCI Europe Climate Pathway UCITS ETF was held at
the registered office of the Company, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 14
May 2026 at 12:30 p.m. All resolutions proposed in the Notice of EGM were passed as follows:

That the investment objective of L&G MSCI Europe Climate Pathway UCITS ETF (to be renamed L&G MSCI Europe Select UCITS ETF) is hereby changed to read as follows "The investment objective of the Fund is to provide reduced greenhouse gas emissions exposure to equity markets in Europe" |

Accordingly, the proposed resolutions were approved by the Shareholders in attendance or represented at the EGM.
The changes set out in the circular dated 21 April 2026 are expected to take effect on or around 29 May 2026 (the "Effective Date").
