The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change to the securities lending limits for the Fund and its German tax classification metric, as detailed below.

The current minimum equity ratio of 80% for German tax purposes is being reduced to 51%.  The reduction of the minimum equity ratio allows for additional securities lending flexibility and does not impact the Fund's classification as an equity fund for the purposes of the German Investment Tax Act.  This change does not impact on the manner in which the Fund tracks its benchmark index.   

These changes are due to take effect on or around 31 July 2026 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
