Re: Notification of Fee Reduction
The Directors of the Company wish to announce a reduction in fees of certain share classes of the Company.
With effect from 28 July 2026, (the "Effective Date"), the ongoing charges figure ("OCF") in respect of the hedged and unhedged share classes of the sub-funds of the Company, as disclosed in the Prospectus of the Company, shall be reduced in the manner set out in the table below. An addendum to the Prospectus of the Company will be published on or around the Effective Date to reflect the fee reductions.
