NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

RE: Invesco Markets IV ICAV (the "ICAV")

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a Shareholder in the ICAV to notify you of a proposed change to the address of the registered office of the ICAV.

The ICAV proposes changing the address of its registered office from Ground Floor, 2 Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, D02 H05V, Ireland to 4^th Floor, The Observatory, 7-11 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, D02 VC42, Ireland. This change will take effect on 5 August 2026.

The change will be reflected in the Prospectus of the ICAV in due course which will be available to Shareholders free of charge.

All capitalised terms used in this notice shall bear the same meaning as the capitalised and defined terms used in the Prospectus.
