On 10 August 2026, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on NRG Fleet Services Limited, Project Ribble Holdco Limited, Astatine Infrastructure Fund II (Euro), SCSp, Astatine Infrastructure Fund II, L.P., Astatine Infrastructure Parallel Fund II, L.P., Ribble Co-Invest Vehicle A, L.P., Alinda Infrastructure Fund IV (Euro) GP S.à r.l, Alinda F4 GP LLC, Ribble Co-Invest GP LLC, Astatine Investment Partners LLC and Specialist Fleet Services Limited.
