The directors of the Company wish to advise you of an upcoming change to the distribution frequency of the Fund.

The distribution frequency of the Fund will change from quarterly to monthly and is due to take effect on or around 4 September 2026 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
