Change of index ticker

Dear Shareholders,

We hereby inform you of the following changes which will be incorporated in the next version of the Prospectus of the Fund dated September 2026. Unless otherwise provided in this document, the below changes will be effective on September 8, 2026.

CHANGES APPLICABLE TO THE Book I

Change of denominations of investment manager

Following the acquisition of AXA Investment Managers by BNP Paribas and the local integration of this acquisition in the United Kingdom, AXA Investment Managers UK Limited ("AXA IM UK") will be renamed as from November 30, 2026, BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT (UK) Limited.

This change of denomination has no impact on your investment.

CHANGES APPLICABLE TO THE Book II

JPM Screened EMBI Global Diversified Composite

The Bloomberg ticker used to identify the index JPM Screened, Tilted and Reweighted EMBI Global Diversified Composite (TR) Index (the "Index") of the sub-fund will be changed from JESGEMGD Index to JSTREMGD Index.

This change is limited to the Bloomberg ticker used for identification purposes of the Index and has no impact on the Index. In particular, the name, the composition, methodology and calculation of the Index remain unchanged.
