iShares II plc (the "Company")

iShares Developed Markets Property Yield UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00B1FZS350 and IE00BFM6T921

The directors of the Company wish to advise of changes being made to the FTSE EPRA/Nareit Developed Dividend+ Index (the "Index"), the benchmark index of the Fund, as detailed below.

Currently, companies with a forecasted dividend yield of equal to or greater than 2% are eligible for inclusion. Following the changes, new constituents will be eligible for inclusion if their forecasted dividend yield is equal to or greater than 3%, while existing constituents will only be removed if their forecasted dividend yield falls below 1%.

The changes to the Index are due to take effect on or around 21 September 2026 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
