Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of L&G APAC ex-Japan Quality Dividends Equal Weight UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund"), a sub-fund of the Company, was held at the registered office of the Company at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 9 September 2026 at 12:10 p.m. All resolutions proposed in the Notice of the EGM were passed as follows:
