EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that further to the announcement on the 12 August 2026, the extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of L&G Emerging Markets Quality Dividends Equal Weight UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund"), a sub-fund of the Company, was adjourned to 12:10 p.m. on 16 September 2026 at the registered office of the Company at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The resolutions set out in the notice convening the EGM remain unchanged and will be considered at the adjourned EGM.
