RESULT OF

ADJOURNED EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the adjourned extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) of L&G Emerging Markets Quality Dividends Equal Weight UCITS ETF (the “Sub-Fund”), a sub-fund of the Company, was held at the registered office of the Company at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 16 September 2026 at 12:20 p.m. All resolutions proposed in the Notice of the EGM were passed.

Ordinary Resolution

To approve the changes to the investment objective of the Sub-Fund as described in the Circular dated 12 August 2026.
