The Company announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at Apex IFS Limited, Block 5, Irish Life Centre, Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1, Ireland at 10 am on 18 September 2026, the sole resolution (in relation to a change to the benchmark indices and names of the Funds) was duly passed.
