Shareholders of iShares iBonds Dec 2026 Term € Italy Govt Bond UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE000LZ7BZW8 and IE000G6CY1T7

The directors of the Company wish to advise it is intended that shareholders in the Fund ("Shareholders") on 2 December 2026 will have their shares of the Fund compulsorily redeemed without further notice on 3 December 2026.

Accordingly, it is intended to close the Fund in accordance with the timetable set out in the in the table below:
