Shareholders of iShares iBonds Dec 2026 Term € Corp UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE000SIZJ2B2 and IE000WA6L436

22 September 2026

The directors of the Company wish to advise it is intended that shareholders in the Fund ("Shareholders") on 31 December 2026 will have their shares of the Fund compulsorily redeemed without further notice on 4 January 2027.

Accordingly, it is intended to close the Fund in accordance with the timetable set out in the in the table below:
