NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

RE: Valuation Point Change

Sub-funds of Invesco Markets II plc, each a ("Fund"), together the ("Funds").

Dear Shareholder,

This notice is to inform you that following a consultation process, the index provider has announced it has made a change to the valuation point of the indices tracked by the Funds (the "Reference Indices"). The index provider has changed the valuation point for the Reference Indices from mid valuation to bid valuation in order to provide consistency across their indices.

Effective Date

The change took effect on 14 October 2026. There will be no changes to the investment objectives or policies of the Funds as a result of this change. It is expected that the change will not have a significant impact on the Funds' portfolios. There will be no change to the risk profile or investment strategies of the Funds. The update of the offering documents of the Funds will be subject to regulatory approval and will be updated in due course. The offering documents will be available to Shareholders free of charge.

Should you wish to redeem your shareholding as a result of the change, you may do so in accordance with the dealing provisions outlined in the Supplements.
