The Directors of the Company wish to advise you of updates being made to the benchmark index of the Fund to reduce tracking error and to simplify the methodology. The changes are due to take effect on or around 30 November 2026 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
