Dear Shareholder,
As disclosed in the Fund supplement to the Prospectus, each Fund has a fixed term and terminates on the Maturity Date. The Maturity Date is 9 December 2026. Investors who remain invested in the Fund/s beyond 9 December 2026 will have their shares automatically redeemed. Shareholders do not need to submit a redemption request or take any other action for this to occur.

In accordance with the above we hereby give notice of our intention, as the Board to:
i) cancel the listing of the Funds and the right of the Funds to be traded on any relevant stock exchange with effect from close of business on 7 December 2026;
ii) terminate the Funds with effect from 9 December 2026; and to
iii) proceed with the compulsory repurchase of all outstanding shares of the Funds.

If you do not wish for your shares to be automatically redeemed on the Maturity Date, you can redeem your shares in the Fund at any time up to and including the Final Dealing Date in accordance with the normal redemption procedures as set out in the Fund's prospectus.
Shareholders may obtain the Prospectus, the key information document, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the constitution of the Company free of charge from the registered office of the Manager or the local representatives in the countries where the Company is registered as well as the website of the Company - etf.invesco.com or - limited to the Prospectus, the key information documents
- on the website of the relevant stock exchange where the Shares are listed. In Switzerland, the Prospectus, the key information documents, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the constitution may be obtained free of charge from the Swiss Representative and Paying Agent, BNP Paribas, Paris, succursale de Zurich, Selnaustrasse 16, 8002 Zurich.
