She joined Schroders nine years ago and has held several roles across the firm, including Business Strategy Manager to the CFO and Investment Solutions Analyst within the Fiduciary Management team. In Investor Relations, Katie works across the full breadth of the Group’s shareholder communication programme, including the production of financial results and investor days. She hosts IR roadshows – including Schroders’ inaugural debt issuance – and has supported several major executive transitions, including CEO and CFO changes. Katie and the rest of the IR team delivered the Group’s strategic update in March 2025, outlining Schroders’ strategic objectives and three-year financial targets. Before joining Schroders, Katie studied Chemistry at the University of Bristol. Outside of work, she is an avid skier.
