About
Ticker is a UK market data company. We publish RNS announcements as they are released, alongside share prices, company data and our own research, for private investors, listed companies and the firms that work with them.
Ticker's founders, Sam Bell and Chris Willmott, spent more than a decade building investor websites for London-listed companies, including work on some of the London Stock Exchange's largest IPOs. Those sites needed licensed exchange data, so we built our own feed. Ticker grew out of that feed, and today it serves investors directly as well as the companies and firms that use our data.
For private investors, ticker.app covers every UK-listed company: regulatory announcements, share prices, directors' dealings, short positions, buybacks, our own research and a live news squawk. Most of it is free to use.
For listed companies, we provide share price and announcement tools for investor relations websites. See IR tools.

Ticker is run by IR Data Services Ltd, which holds an RNS redistribution licence from LSEG and is on the London Stock Exchange's list of licensed redistributors.
