Fenikso Limited is an enterprise company incorporated in the Cayman Islands that primarily manages a loan to Lekoil Oil & Gas Investments (LOGI), which is secured against proceeds from oil sales at the Otakikpo field in Nigeria. The company focuses on ensuring the recovery of this loan while also exploring short-term high-yielding investments. Fenikso does not operate any oil and gas assets directly and has simplified its corporate structure by selling all subsidiaries. Its income is derived from the cash received under the loan agreement with LOGI.
