2. Reason for Change
The changes in the position of the Director is a result of the resignation from the positions of Senior Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President.
Mitsubishi Corporation announced changes in the positions of two incumbent Directors, Kotaro Tsukamoto and Yutaka Kashiwagi. Effective March 31, 2026, Mr. Tsukamoto will transition from Representative Director, Senior Executive Vice President to Director, and Mr. Kashiwagi from Representative Director, Executive Vice President to Director, following their resignations from the Senior Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President positions respectively.
