Moody's Ratings' credit rating November 2026

On 5 November 2026, Moody's Ratings ("Moody's") issued a solicited rating update for Stonewater Limited ("Stonewater"). Stonewater retained its long-term issuer credit rating of 'A3' with a stable outlook. The full report is available here: https://www.stonewater.org/investors/rating-reports/.

Moody's recognised Stonewater's strong financial management, its scale and its continued focus on social housing. The assessment also reflects the wider financial pressures facing the housing sector, including increased investment in existing homes, repairs, building safety and energy efficiency.
