TIDEWAY ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO GROUP COMPANY BOARDS

Gavin Tait is standing down as a Non-Executive Shareholder Director of Bazalgette Tunnel Limited and the other Tideway group companies, Bazalgette Finance plc, Bazalgette Equity Limited, Bazalgette Ventures Limited and Bazalgette Holdings Limited.  Gavin has served Tideway in this role since 2015. He will be replaced by Chris Morgan as the Non-Executive Shareholder Director for Amber Infrastructure Group, on each of the Tideway group company boards, effective 30 September 2021.  

Notes:

1.   Tideway is the company delivering the Thames Tideway Tunnel, London's new "super sewer", which will prevent millions of tonnes of sewage entering the River Thames.  Tideway is regulated by Ofwat.
