Final Terms dated 8 March 2022 in respect of Bazalgette Finance plc £300,000,000 2.750% Fixed Rate Green Bonds due 2034 (ISIN: XS2453741279/Common Code: 245374127), issued under Bazalgette Finance plc's £10,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the issuance of Bonds (the "Programme").
Following an update to Tideway's Sustainable Finance Framework in February 2022, S&P Global Ratings reviewed its Green Evaluation of Tideway's funding platform, which applies to all bond series under the Programme, and scored the transaction an environmental benefit score of 95/100 with an advanced governance and reporting opinion.
