Silva transfers its engagements to Abri
Radian Capital Plc (the Issuer)
£100,000,000 6 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2042;
£100,000,000 4.622 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044; and
£200,000,000 5.029 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2049
(the Bonds)
Pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Silva Homes Limited (Silva) has today transferred its engagements to Abri Group Limited (Abri), the parent of the Issuer.
