Peabody Capital PLC provided an update on 06 June 2022. Following the Peabody and Catalyst merger on 1 April 2022, Town & Country Housing and Rosebery Housing Association are now operating subsidiaries of the new Peabody Group. The Group stated its intention to explore bringing these businesses closer and to consider transferring Rosebery Housing Association assets and operations to Town & Country Housing in 2023, subject to necessary consultation and consents.

Peabody Group Update
Following the Peabody/ Catalyst merger on the 1 April 2022, Town & Country Housing and Rosebery Housing Association are now both operating subsidiaries of the new Peabody Group, with complementary operational areas and strategic goals.
In the next year we will be exploring how we could bring the businesses closer together and subject to all necessary consultation and consents, consider transferring Rosebery Housing Association assets and operations to Town & Country Housing in 2023.
