Developments in credit rating published by S&P Global Ratings

Cadent Finance plc announces that S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") have issued a credit rating update on Cadent Gas Limited (the Company).

On 23 August 2024, S&P downgraded the rating for the Company to BBB and revised the rating outlook from negative to stable.
