bLEND Funding plc (bLEND) is pleased to announce the addition of two new borrowers to the pool of Housing Association borrowers. Details of all borrowers are set out on the bLEND website https://blendfundingplc.com/.

The new borrowers are B3 Living Limited and Orwell Housing Association Limited.

Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets has been appointed as Sole Bookrunner to explore a tap of up to £55 million of the outstanding 2.922% notes due April 2054, under its EMTN Programme. The current outstanding nominal of notes due 2054 is £500 million.
