bLEND Funding Plc (the "Issuer") has today published a Supplement dated 18 July 2022 (the "Supplement") to the Programme Memorandum dated 8 February 2022 (the "Programme Memorandum"). This Supplement constitutes supplementary admission particulars under the rulebook of the International Securities Market. Notes issued under the Programme are rated by Moody's under the Pool Programs and Financings Methodology. As a result of a change in the application of the rating methodology by Moody's, the Issuer has amended its internal processes for due diligence undertaken when a new borrower joins the pool. All prospective new borrowers will be subject to an internal due diligence process and, if appropriate, approval by the Group credit committee.

In the Supplement, the Issuer has also updated certain risk factors and included details of changes to the composition of the Board of Directors.
