RHP Group Retains G1/V1 Rating

The Regulator of Social Housing has today (29^th March 2023) announced that RHP Group has retained its G1/V1 governance and viability rating following completion of an In-Depth Assessment.

Following the announcement, Chief Executive, David Done said, "I'm delighted that the RHP Group has retained the highest regulatory ratings of G1 and V1, and has held them ever since IDAs were introduced in 2015. My thanks to everyone who've helped make RHP such a successful housing Group with an inspirational culture known for modern customer service, innovation, and transformational change. I'm happy to be leaving the Group in safe hands with an excellent new CEO in Sarah Thomas supported by a talented Executive Team and strong Board.".
