RHP Retains A+ Credit Rating

On 21 June 2023, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+' long-term issuer credit rating for Richmond Housing Partnership Ltd. (RHP). The outlook remains negative.

S&P also affirmed the 'A+' issue rating on the £275 million senior secured debt issued by RHP's funding vehicle, RHP Finance PLC.
