Sanctuary Completes Business Combination with Swan Housing Association

Sanctuary's business combination with Swan Housing Association has completed which will see Swan Housing Association becoming a wholly owned and controlled subsidiary of Sanctuary Housing Association.

This follows the approval by the boards of both organisations.
