Board approvals for Sanctuary and Johnnie Johnson business combination

Further to the announcement on 19 June 2023 of the potential business combination between Sanctuary Housing Association (Sanctuary) and Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust (Johnnie Johnson Housing), Sanctuary Capital PLC announces that Sanctuary's proposed business combination with Johnnie Johnson Housing has been agreed by the Boards of both organisations.

This follows a detailed due diligence process, the results of which were presented to the Boards for consideration. Completion of the transaction will be subject to obtaining appropriate consents.
