The Board of LSEGA Financing plc (the "Company") announces the release of its first Annual Report for the period to 31 December 2021. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of London Stock Exchange Group plc("LSEG"), the guarantor of the notes. The consolidated results of LSEG, which include the results of the Company, were released on 3 March 2022.

The Annual Report and Accounts of the Company have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
