Change to the Boards of Directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Holdings S.à r.l.

Elenia Verkko Oyj €3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l  and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The compositions of the boards of directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Holdings S.à r.l have changed. Mr Thomas Metzger has ceased to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. effective as of 15 July 2022 and Elenia Investments S.à r.l effective as of 22 July 2022.

Ms Gabriele Duesberg has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. on 15 July 2022. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Holdings S.à r.l.'s board of directors consists of the following members:

Ms Ingrid Moinet

Ms Gabriele Duesberg has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. on 22 July 2022. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Investments S.à r.l.'s board of directors consists of the following members:
