Change to the Boards of Directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Holdings S.à r.l.

Elenia Verkko Oyj €3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l  and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The compositions of the boards of directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Holdings S.à r.l have changed. Ms Rosa Villalobos has ceased to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. effective as of 28 December 2022 and Elenia Investments S.à r.l effective as of 12 January 2023.

Mr Viktor Schuh has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. on 28 December 2022. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Holdings S.à r.l.'s board of directors consists of the following members:

Mr Viktor Schuh

Mr Pascal Geiter

Ms Ingrid Moinet

Mr Viktor Schuh has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. on 12 January 2023. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Investments S.à r.l.'s board of directors consists of the following members:
