TSB Bank PLC announced on 2 July 2025 that Banco Sabadell reached an agreement on 1 July to sell TSB to Santander Group. The agreed sale price is £2.9 billion, and the transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.

Banco Sabadell announced on 1 July that an agreement has been reached to sell TSB to Santander Group for an eventual sale price of £2.9 billion, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
