Statnett SF - Successful placement of new EUR-benchmark green bond issue

Statnett SF has successfully completed a EUR 500 million benchmark green bond issue with maturity date on 08 June 2033. The coupon rate is 3,50%. Settlement date is expected to be 08 June 2023.

An application will be made for listing of the bond on Euronext Dublin.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, NatWest Markets and SEB acted as joint bookrunners for the new bond issue.
