Statnett SF - Successful placement of new EUR-benchmark green bond issue

Statnett SF has successfully completed a EUR 500 million benchmark green bond issue with maturity date on 26 February 2036. The coupon rate is 3,375%. Settlement date is expected to be 26 February 2024.

An application will be made for listing of the bond on Euronext Dublin.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, Danske Bank and NatWest Markets acted as joint bookrunners for the new bond issue.
