Statnett SF – Successful placement of new NOK bond issue

Statnett SF has successfully completed a NOK 3 billion bond issue with maturity date on 07 June 2034. The coupon rate is 4,665%. Settlement date is expected to be 07 June 2024.

An application will be made for listing of the bond on Euronext Oslo Børs.

Nordea acted as manager for the new bond issue.
