Statnett SF - Successful placement of new EUR-benchmark green bond issue

Statnett SF has successfully completed a EUR 500 million benchmark green bond issue with maturity date on 21 October 2038. The coupon rate is 3,625%. Settlement date is expected to be 21 October 2025.

An application will be made for listing of the bond on Euronext Dublin.

Barclays, NatWest, Nordea and SEB acted as joint bookrunners for the new bond issue.
